About

Our very first Cooking in Motion event - even before we had our name. We made this event during our summer holidays from PAKTA, which had just opened at couple of months before.

Our good friend and DJ, Ali Shirazinia, known under the artist name Dubfire, one of the biggest foodies we know, had asked us if we would like to come and cook with him at Ushuaia in Ibiza. The event was organized by Native Instruments who creates professional hardware and software for music production and DJing.

Dubfire is not only an amazing DJ but also a really good cook. In company with him, Carl Graig, local island- and celebrity chef Sid Shanti and the Native Instruments team we cooked a great lunch for special invited guests on the beautiful Ushuiana beach front. All of this combined with lots of nice music by Pete Tong.
