COMILONA is a nomad Argentine festival celebrating the very best food, wine, chefs and producers from this beautiful and diverse South American country. This inaugural week-long event will take place in London from 11th May 2015, focusing exclusively on the cuisine, history & culture of Buenos Aires.
The spotlight of the festival will be shone on nine of the best young Argentine chefs in the world. Each chef will offer a distinct interpretation of Buenos Aires’ regional cuisine, showcasing both modern and traditional perspectives of the area.
COMILONA is organized by founder of Malevo Group, Diego Jacquet in partnership with the Official Tourist Board for Buenos Aires.
