We are most happy to announce that we will take part of the opening of Sabi Omakase a new gastronomic spot in Stavanger. Omakase is a Japanese phrase that means "I'll leave it to you" and in gastronomic terms "Chef's choice".

Together with the owner & sushi chef Roger Joya we will be creating a very special menu combining Japanese cuisine with the very best Norwegian products. The restaurant only has 9 seats and all guests are seated in the beautiful wooden counter right in front of the chefs.

To complete this very unique and intimate dinner experience Sussie will be serving a very special selection of sake.
