Sake Dinner at Restaurant Hærværk

In September Sussie has the pleasure to host a special sake dinner in collaboration with the highly acclaimed restaurant Hærværk and the brand new restaurant Domestic in her home city Aarhus in Denmark.

Sussie had selected 6 unique Japanese sake that each were paired with a dish created by the chefs from restaurant Hærværk and Domestic.

The selected sake were all very different and gave the guests a great opportunity to experience and discover the many aroma - and flavor profiles in sake. 

The menu was based on local Danish ingredients and gave the guests opportunity to experience how well sake pair with food that is not necessarily Japanese or Asian.

The dinner included 6 glasses of sake, 6 courses, snacks & a sake aperitif.
